Please read this policy carefully before placing an order. By completing a purchase on bangforyourbucktcg.com, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms below.
All Sales Are Final
Bang For Your Buck TCG Inc. operates a strict no returns, no refunds, and no exchanges policy on all products. This applies to every order, without exception, once it has been placed.
Due to the nature of sealed trading card game products — and to protect the integrity of our inventory — we do not accept returns of any kind on sealed TCG merchandise. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Booster boxes and booster packs
- Booster cases (sealed case lots)
- Elite Trainer Boxes (ETBs)
- Premium collections and special edition sets
- Starter decks and theme decks
- Any other sealed trading card game product
This policy applies to products from all brands we carry, including Pokémon, One Piece, Gundam Card Game, Riftbound, and any other TCG titles sold on our site — in English, Japanese, and Chinese editions.
Pre-Shipment Order Cancellations
If your order has not yet shipped, you may request a cancellation by emailing sales@bangforyourbucktcg.com as soon as possible. Cancellation requests are subject to the following:
- A 5% cancellation fee will be deducted from your refund to cover non-refundable payment processing costs charged by our payment processor.
- Cancellations are only possible if your order has not yet been fulfilled or shipped.
- Once a tracking number has been generated or your package is marked as shipped, cancellations are no longer possible under any circumstances.
We process orders quickly and cannot guarantee that a cancellation request will be received before shipment. We strongly encourage you to review your order carefully before completing checkout.
Pre-Orders
All pre-order purchases are final at the time of placement. We do not accept cancellations on pre-orders once an order has been placed.
- Pre-order release dates are estimates provided by distributors and publishers and are subject to change.
- Delays in release dates — including extended delays — do not qualify a pre-order for cancellation or refund.
- Pre-order items ship as soon as they are received from our supplier.
Our Errors — Wrong Item or Packing Failure
If you receive the wrong item or your product arrives damaged due to inadequate packing on our part, we will make it right. These are the only situations in which Bang For Your Buck TCG Inc. accepts direct responsibility.
To be eligible for resolution, you must:
- Email sales@bangforyourbucktcg.com within 48 hours of confirmed delivery (per your tracking information).
- Include your order number in the subject line.
- Provide clear photos of the wrong or damaged item(s), including photos of the inner and outer packaging.
Claims submitted after the 48-hour window will not be eligible for resolution. If the claim is verified, resolution is at the sole discretion of Bang For Your Buck TCG Inc. and may include a replacement item or store credit. Cash refunds are not issued under any circumstances.
Carrier and Shipping Issues
Bang For Your Buck TCG Inc. is not responsible for issues caused by the shipping carrier or by incorrect information provided by the customer. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Packages delivered to the wrong address by the carrier
- Packages marked as delivered but not received (porch theft, misdelivery)
- Packages lost or delayed in transit
- Damage caused by the carrier during transit (crushed, water damage, etc.)
- Packages returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address entered by the customer
In these situations, the responsibility lies with the shipping carrier or the customer — not Bang For Your Buck TCG Inc. However, we will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier. If you experience any of the above, email sales@bangforyourbucktcg.com within 7 days of the estimated delivery date and we will:
- Provide you with all shipment and tracking details needed to file a carrier claim
- Assist in initiating a carrier investigation on your behalf where possible
- Cooperate with the carrier's claims process
Carrier claim timelines and resolutions are determined by the carrier, not Bang For Your Buck TCG Inc. Reports submitted after 7 days of the estimated delivery date may not be eligible for carrier assistance.
We strongly recommend verifying your shipping address is correct before completing checkout. Orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer are not eligible for replacement, store credit, or any form of compensation from Bang For Your Buck TCG Inc.
Cosmetic Packaging Damage
Minor cosmetic damage to outer packaging — such as dented box corners, scuffed shrink wrap, or creased cardboard — is a normal result of shipping and handling. Cosmetic packaging damage does not affect the integrity of sealed product inside and does not qualify for any claim or resolution.

By completing a purchase on bangforyourbucktcg.com, you confirm that you have read and agree to this refund policy in its entirety. This policy is binding on all orders placed through our store.
