Domestic Shipping Only

Bang For Your Buck TCG Inc. currently ships to all 50 U.S. states, U.S. territories, and APO/FPO addresses. We do not ship internationally at this time.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated based on order subtotal before taxes. All rates are flat-rate and apply regardless of package weight or destination within the United States.

Carriers

Orders are shipped via USPS or UPS at our discretion based on package size, weight, and destination. We select the carrier that provides the best combination of cost and delivery speed for each shipment.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays.

During high-volume periods — such as new set releases, pre-order fulfillment windows, or promotional events — processing times may extend to 3–5 business days. If a significant delay is expected, we will notify you by email.

Estimated Delivery Times

Once shipped, estimated delivery times depend on your location and the carrier used:

• USPS Ground Advantage: 2–5 business days
• UPS Ground: 2–5 business days

These are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or other factors outside our control.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your package. You can also view your order status by logging into your account on our website.

If your tracking information has not updated within 5 business days of shipment, please contact us at sales@bangforyourbucktcg.com and we will investigate with the carrier.

Shipping Address

You are responsible for providing a correct and complete shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. Orders shipped to an incorrect address are not eligible for replacement, reshipment, or refund.

If you need to update your shipping address after placing an order, email us immediately at sales@bangforyourbucktcg.com. Address changes can only be accommodated if the order has not yet been fulfilled.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Bang For Your Buck TCG Inc. is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged by the shipping carrier after they leave our facility. However, we will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier.

If your package is marked as delivered but you did not receive it, or if it arrives damaged:

• Contact us at sales@bangforyourbucktcg.com within 7 days of the estimated delivery date
• Include your order number in the subject line
• Provide photos of any damage (including packaging)

We will provide shipment details and assist with the carrier's claims process. Carrier claim timelines and outcomes are determined by the carrier.

For issues caused by our packing (wrong item sent, product damaged due to inadequate packing), please refer to our Refund Policy.

Packaging

All sealed trading card game products are carefully packed to prevent damage during transit. Booster boxes, cases, and other sealed products are wrapped in bubble wrap and shipped in appropriately sized boxes. We take care to ensure your products arrive in the same condition they left our facility.

Minor cosmetic damage to outer packaging (dented corners, scuffed shrink wrap) may occur during transit and does not constitute product damage.

Pre-Orders

Pre-order items ship separately from in-stock items. Pre-orders are shipped as soon as the product is received from the distributor. Estimated release dates are provided by the manufacturer and are subject to change.

If your order contains both pre-order and in-stock items, the in-stock items may ship first. You will receive separate tracking notifications for each shipment.
